LegalXML-SC roster was updated thanks to Scott.
We need to elect the chair and the secretary of LegalXML-SC, to
decide the method for managing next meetings and also to prepare a
tentative budget for 2017.

can use any format. We will be submitting the
OASIS budget in early
December to the Board for approval, so please let
