Dec17 MS LegalXML Spending Report

Dear LegalXML Steering Committee,
Attached please find the December 2017 Spending Report.  It includes   the amounts submitted by Monica in December for the RuleML conference  expense of $500 and Stanford Conference $2,625.  Please review and   let me know if you have any questions.   I will send the 2018 Appd   Spending Plan in a separate email.
