I hope you are doing well also.  This needs to be approved by the Steering Committee.  I have requested details of the approved 2020 Spending Plan but have not heard back  nor do I see anything posted in the minutes.  If the StC approves to pay the invoice,
I can continue to process it.  Approval via email will be sufficient.
