No quorum today, special meeting 9/1 11am ET

Only John Greacen and I joined the LegalXML Steering Committee call today so we lacked quorum. I am assuming many are out for summer vacations.

I am in the process of replacing the old LegalXML.org with a new WordPress site provided by OASIS.  I would like feedback from the Steering Committee before we publish it so I m scheduling a special meeting for September 1 at 11am ET. Hopefully more of us can join that call.
