Budget Review Meeting - Just In Case

SC Members,

I have asked the Legal XML TCs to provide budget requests by November 22 (correspondence attached in case you have not seen it yet).  After that date, we will need to review and approve the overall budget prior to December 1.  While we  hope to complete this task via email, I would like to put a calendar item on the books just in case we need it.
