Report on subentries in dictionaries

Hi all,
As promised, here is the second part of my report in flattening
dictionaries. It deals with entry-inside-entry embedding and
reviews the options we have for remodelling that relationally.
I am sorry that I haven't been able to give you more time to
digest the report before our next meeting, which is tomorrow.
This topic turned out to require more brain-time than I thought.
That said, I am super happy with the suggestions I am making in
the report, I am convinced that I have thought everything
through and that my suggestions are doable.
I'm looking forward to discussing it with you all tomorrow.
