WD status on GitHub

All, Michal has implemented the agreed changes to the Etymology module. I merged his PR. I also directly committed a restructure and a Conformance Clause incremental change. I decided not to reformulate the normative wording of the XML serialization. -> The XML serialization can be used as model for other serialization specs. The WD is open for further serialization related commits and PRs  See you all next week dF
