The 60-day Public Review for Symptoms Automation Framework (SAF) V1.0 COS01 is withdrawn

The Candidate OASIS Standard 01 submitted for 60 day public review as announced in https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/members/201310/msg00008.html contains an inadvertent error caused by TC Administration during publication of the COS. 

At the request of the TC chair, I am halting the review. A new Candidate OASIS Standard 02 will be prepared and a new public review will be started. 

My apologies to TC and members of any inconvenience.
