Agenda for Subcommittee meeting on December 3rd

This is just to emphasize that the issues we will be discussing at the meeting can be found at the link below, and it will speed the discussion if the proposals (see the proposal field) can be reviewed before the meeting.

I expect we will mostly be reviewing them in numerical ascending order.  If we don't get through them all, the rest will be deferred to a follow on meeting.  The plan is to have a vote on each issue, with acceptance meaning it can be incorporated into the draft specification by the editors.
