Proposal for MQTT-SN data encryption

A new issue, https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/MQTT-584, has been created with the outline of a proposal for the protection of the integrity of MQTT-SN data.  While DTLS exists for UDP, MQTT-SN can support a variety of underlying transports, which this proposal could address.

More details will be forthcoming in due course.  We would like to get your feedback, questions and suggestions.  You can use the issue for comments if you are a member of the MQTT TC (including the MQTT-SN sub-committee).
