Ping-Req default max message behaviour

Hi all,
Further to the call yesterday, I have raised a ticket in JIRA and created a proposal to address Alex's concerns about clients not specifying a maxMessage value in PINGREQ. Please can you all review and feedback.

I will be integrating the CONNACK sessionFlags into the WD when Tara has uploaded v18, and so would like to seek resolution to this issue within the next couple of weeks if possible.
