Editor and Liason Nomination

I will not be able to attend the meeting
on the 11th due to vacation but would to make the following nominations:

Andrew Banks for the position of Editor.
 Andrew has a wealth of knowledge on MQTT and messaging in general
having worked on a number of implementations and technologies  over
many years. 

Not sure of the etiquette with respect
to liaisons to groups outside of OASIS but if there is a place then I would
like to nominate myself as liaison with the Eclipse Paho project. I am
committer on the project and have many years experience with MQTT.
