TC Call this week (28th November)

Hi all, 

This week's TC call (scheduled for Thursday 28th November) will coincide with the Thanksgiving holiday in the US.

To accommodate as many members as possible, the TC agreed to make this Thursday's call an optional 'non-voting rights' discussion session. 

This will allow those TC members available to continue to develop proposals for our Jira issues. 

The next 'voting rights' TC call will be Thursday 5th December.
