Reminder: change to weekly calls

Hi all, 

At last week's meeting, the TC agreed to resume weekly calls to help deal with the current JIRA backlog.

There will be call tomorrow (20th Feb) at 11:00 EST (08:00 PST, 16:00 GMT and 17:00 CET).
