In Appendix A, the Energy Provider Cybersecurity Program divides in three distinct sections where MQTT interlocks with compliance processes. 

The first section (Identify -> Information Sharing and Communications) mentions networking concepts that were not meant to be interpreted as direct references to the MQTT protocol but rather as global network control recommendations. Consequently readers may misunderstand the points being conveyed.
