The ballot to approve MQTT v3.1.1 with Non-Material Changes as a Committee Specification has passed. Congratulations. 

TC Administration will now publish the CS and then announce it. JIRA ticket https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1749 has been set up to manage the publication.
