MQTT Version 3.1.1 Statement of Use

I would like to submit the following statement
of use for MQTT Version 3.1.1. 

"IBM has successfully implemented the OASIS MQTT Version 3.1.1 Committee
Specification 01 http://docs.oasis-open.org/mqtt/mqtt/v3.1.1/cs01/mqtt-v3.1.1-cs01.html
dated 18 May 2014, in accordance with the conformance clauses Server 

defined in Section 7 Conformance of the specification. This use of the
specification includes interoperation with other similar independent implementations."
