Description

        The members of the TC approved requesting a Special Majority Vote to approve rechartering the TC on 12 April 2016 [3]. Do members of the MQTT Technical Committee now approve rechartering the TC under the revised charter at the link included below? (See the attached red-lined version of the charter in order to see the specific changes.) 

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 17 voting members. In order to pass, at least 12 members (2/3 x 17) have to vote Yes and no more than 4 (1/4 x 17) members may vote No.
