Since Binary Data is defined:

627 Binary Data is represented by a Two Byte integer length which indicates the number of data bytes,
628 followed by that number of bytes.

why is there a need to repeat its representation throughout the text? For example:

1205 consists of Binary Data which has a Two Byte integer length followed by ...
