Several comments received asking for explanation and rationale behind some of the decisions and changes in MQTT V5. Also received feedback asking for a quick summary identifying the core differences between MQTT v3.1.1 and MQTT 5.0. Implementors would like to gauge quickly how much work it is to implement v5.0.

Ken has some material we can put into the spec.

Bill Cox proposes we list the core Jira worked on plus their summaries and insert as a support section in the spec. The intro can then point to the summary.
