Lines 1756-1757:

"When a new Non-Shared Subscription is established, the last retained message, if any, on each matching topic name *are* sent to the Client."

"the last retained message ... [is] sent to the Client?"

There are multiple "Refer to section 3.8.3.1 for a definition of the Subscription Options". See Lines 1758-1759 and 1775-1776. Maybe just include once in the section?
