Likely issue (non-material change) for MQTT v5.0

Hi MQTT TC members,

While preparing things for the MQTT v5.0 CS02 publication, I noted an item which you may want to modify for future publications. It would certainly be considered a non-material change.

In Section 4.1, there is a set of bullets for the Session State in the Server. (see it in CS01 at [1])

The fifth item should likely be listed as two separate items.  It currently says:

"

QoS 2 messages which have been received from the Client, but have not been completely acknowledged.The Will Message and the Will Delay Interval

"

It seems likely that "The Will Message and the Will Delay Interval" should be listed as a separate bullet item.
