Even though Martin heard this conclusion directly from me yesterday at the board meetings, this email will notify you that the board concluded their discussions at this board meeting and, after a full discussion
 of the material presented during the Hearing, has unanimously decided to deny the appeal.

 

And though the general practice is for “oasis-board-comment” to be a one-way channel to the board, I am copying this message to that list in the interest of OASIS Members who may want to confirm that the Appeal
 was heard and properly considered by the Board.
