SDO questions

The questions below have been submitted by OASIS staff:

 

1.  What acts of the TC are conditional upon satisfaction
of the proposed
"exit criteria" requirement?

 

2.
When happens to requests for "new or enhanced functionality .. set aside" during the
maintenance mode? Are they out of scope for the TC?  

3.
What does the TC do, if a year passes and no changes are needed, given the requirement of one
minor release per year?
