Outcome of the PACR convener call

The proposed PACR TC received a great deal of visibility and
discussion at the International Cloud Symposium this week. As a
result, PACR Proposers have decided to review their charter in light
of this
feedback they received and to confer further with additional
stakeholders in this area.

They have taken back their request of 25 Sept 2012 to form a TC and
intend to submit a revised PACR charter in the near future.
