Minutes from PACR convener call

Call was held 09 January 2013 from 12:00 to 12:30 pm US eastern time. 

Attending: John Borras, Neil McEvoy, Dennis
Hamilton, Colin Wallis, Jerry Smith. 

Discussed comments received on NIST Roadmap,
ODCA. John sent revised charter today that includes above. Everyone happy with
this as final charter. John to formally submit to OASIS. [DONE]

John sent email to oasis-charter-discuss@
indicating no comments received so comment log requirement of process
satisfied. 

Colin asked about tweaking some of the
boilerplate messages (e.g. the reminder to join before the deadline) to help
elevate PACR message from the flood of other similar messages that go out. Chet
agreed to work on wording with the proposers before the emails go out.

Promotion – biz staff in meeting so Chet
covered. Discussed activities that will happen before and after the first
meeting. 

  - John has list of attendees to ICS conference –
will coordinate with Carol on contacting those folks 

  - John will follow up with Carol on preparing a
FAQ. 

Reviewed timeline following C4P on 1/11.
Everyone clear on dates and requirements.

No further topics or questions so meeting closed.
