Notes from the LEXIDMA convener call

The LEXIDMA convener call was held on 11 November 2019. Our apologies to the attendees for the mixup on the meeting time & thanks all the attendees for staying on the call until Chet arrived.Â

- Member Comment Review

David confirmed that no public comments were received. Milos will send a 'no comments received' email to the oasis-charter-discuss@ mailing list.

- TC Launch Timeline

We reviewed the activities leading up to the first meeting. Chet had the wrong dates on the slides so provided the correct dates. Chet will go ahead and send the call for participation early.Â

- TC Resources

We reviewed the list of resources now available and those that are optional. David said that the proposers will request a version control, most likely a TC GitHub, before the first meeting. Chet said they can just notify him by email.

- Promotion

Chet will make sure the call for participation is brought to the attention of the XLIFF, XLIFF OMOS, DocBook, Open Office, and LegalRuleML TCs and to Patrick Durusau, MonicaÂPalmirani, and FabioÂGovernatori.Â

As the TC is not likely to have sponsor-level organizations, there will most likely not be a press release.Â
