Comment on OASIS Electronic Secure Authentication (ESAT) Technical Committee Charter

It is not clear to IBM how the proposed work of this committee is different from what has already been published by NIST:  https://pages.nist.gov/800-63-3/sp800-63b.html

Could the committee proposers discuss in more detail how this TC would relate to NIST 800-63-3 ?
