* Robin's comment set begins below at [rcc-start]
* this response set has not been reviewed by other OASIS Staff
  (ideally, that step was in the plan, but I fell behind in
  work schedule, and finished on 2006-12-29, when other
  relevant Staff were uoofcially unavailable; goal was
  "ship in 2006")
* most issues raised by Eduardo should be resolved, I believe,
  by the clarifying comments in response
* a few outstanding issues are flagged as TBD, and will become
  the subject of further discussion, in some cases perhaps also
  involving TC Chairs
* follow-on comments are welcome, either via email to Robin
  (for triage and incorporation into Staff design work), or
  to this list [i] '' and or to
  [ii] .  Note that
  posts to [ii] will be successful only if you have joined
  the oasis-library-review Kavi Group.
