Agenda:
1) Roll Call 
2) Accept Minutes from previous business meeting 
3) Actions from previous meeting:
   3.1) AZ to submit the proposed OAXAL charter changes to Mary McRae. 
   3.2) AZ to inform Carol when the inaugural OAXAL article is published. 
   3.3) AZ to review the SOA documentation and make recommendations regarding the draft OAXAL document.
4. Discuss who would like to be TC secretary
5. Discuss TC call day/time
6. AZ to propose draft OAXAL document structure.

Minutes:
Present: Derek, Bryan, Doug, Andrzej, Rodolfo, Bobby
Regrets: Tony and JoAnn
 Andrzej moved to approve the previous meeting minutes, Bryan seconds.
 Andrzej submitted charter changes to Mary to create a ballot.
 There was a brief discussion of the kind of deliverables for the TC. 
 Andrzej proposes to skip the August 27th meeting and meet again on September 12th. This will allow him to have time to prepare good business materials for the TC.
 Andrzej proposed to change meeting dates to Fridays at same time. Bryan seconded and none objected. Unless absent TC members have strong objections, the calendar will be updated to reflect the changes.
 Possible deliverables: ITS rules, documentation, perhaps an open source toolkit that allows processing DITA, SVG and DocBook files through a workflow that includes applying ITS rules, conversion to XLIFF, processing with xml:tm and reusing translations from TMX files.
