Doug moved to accept previous minutes and Derek seconded. None objected.

The following items were discussed:
 Andrzej mentioned that there should be OAXAL variants and a Core version.

 There was a discussion about the workflow that appears on the wiki. It was agreed to make it abstract and then put all open standards in place, providing different variations for each stage.

 Everybody can contribute to the text in the wiki. It was suggested to mark changes with author initials and change date.

 Derek suggested to do reverse engineering on a diagram for an abstract workflow, explaining and discussing each module of the diagram in the introduction.

 Workflow steps, according to Andrzej, would be:
  o Identify translatable text (ITS)
  o Segmentation (SRX)
  o Tokenization (Unicode TR29, SRX)
  o Create a deliverable for translation (XLIFF)
  o Do some kind of TM matching

 Rodolfo recommended to explain in the introduction that OAXAL is based on XML standards that are Open.

 JoAnn suggested that it would be important for the authoring community to have an authoring workflow in addition to a localization workflow.

 JoAnn announced that the DITA-XLIFF webinar may be presented again in next DITA Europe conference in Germany.
