Minutes:
Present: JoAnn Hackos, Derek Saldana, Bryan Schnabel, Rodolfo Raya and Andrzej Zydron.

Regrets: Doug Domeny

Derek moved to approve previous meeting minutes and JoAnn seconded. Minutes approved.

Derek added comments to current draft on the wiki and explained each of them. 

Bryan suggested to use XHTML in the deliverables of this TC. All agreed.

Rodolfo suggested to expand on the use of CVS/SVN and glossaries. The consensus was to do that in best practice documents.

It was agreed that publishing OAXAL specification in mid 2009 is the desirable goal.

Next meeting will be on February 27th.
