An open source Java toolkit for oBIX has been started.

A prototype server is publically available to test against.  You can access the server with the tool or your browser.

The SOAP interface has not been tested yet, however the relevant url is:

The XML-Standards committee will have a meeting next week to talk these and the upcoming release of the specification.
