Status of IP Votes

While the procedures require the vote to 
remain in place until June 11, we have an 80% positive vote, well above what is 
need to convert IP.

 

I'd like to get the document out for public 
review before people vanish to wherever they go in the summer. Are there any 
concerns? Does anyone need more time? 

 

Do we need to review again (speak now, or 
forever...), or can we just vote?

Debugging is 
twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write 
the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to 
debug it.
