Groups - Conference Call added

The public review of the OASIS oBIX document was completed on September 12,
2006.  There where several review comments. The technical committe has
evaluated these, resolved them with the responders, made document changes
and posted the changes along with a change log. The technical committee
believes that these changes are editorial in nature and are non-subtantive.
  The next step is to do a vote (poll) to determine if we want to approve
this as a committee standard (CS).
