oBIX Meeting to move one week and agenda

After considerable back-channel chatter, it appears that
delaying tomorrow’s scheduled meeting by one week and merging the two
meetings would be a good  thing. If there are no objections, I will update
OASIS which should send out new ICAL notices to you all.
