within a research project we developed an oBIX server that uses a CoAP
(https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-core-coap/) protocol
binding and EXI(http://www.w3.org/XML/EXI/) encoding for the payloads.



Is it possible to get involved into the standardization and to include
this CoAP protocol binding and the EXI encoding into the standard.
