The JIRA for oBIX is ready

Members of the oBIX TC, 

As requested, I have set up a JIRA for the TC to use in managing the development of its specification. You can find the JIRA at https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OBIX . You'll also find a link to it labelled "Issues List" on the TC's web page. 

All members of the TC have been set up with access to the JIRA. Your login name and password, if you are logging in for the first time, is your OASIS login name. You can change the password once you log in. 

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you encounter any difficulties using the JIRA.
