It shows my favored approach to document uploads in KAVI. I create a single document and upload the doc (or other writable format). I then load other formats (say the PDF) as a “revision” to the document. Using this approach:

-          The TC is automatically informed of each format

-          Clutter in the Documents directory is lessened

-           The last revision uploaded is downloaded by default from the Documents listing (I always upload the PDF last)

 

In the general document listing, you can see that only the PDF is listed

From this page you can select “details” to get to all formats, including the editable one.
