And the RFC for URIs (the base one is
3986; 6874 describes how to use IPv6 literals in URIs). Don't know
whether the latter is useful for obix 1.x.

      The PDF specification

      http://docs.oasis-open.org/energyinterop/ei/v1.0/cs02/energyinterop-v1.0-cs02.pdf
      - see sections 5.4 and 10.

The report service (including the historian) uses Streams, which
      is section 4.5
      (http://docs.oasis-open.org/energyinterop/ei/v1.0/cs02/energyinterop-v1.0-cs02.html#_Toc319920820)

NOTE that the links above pull down the entire specification and
go to anchors in that HTML form.

Streams is headed toward a public review and standardization in
WS-Calendar, which is its proper home IMO.

      (see https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/48691/streams-v1.0-wd02.pdf
      for current working draft).
