Suggested convention for uploading obix working drafts
All --
So there's one entry in the top level for say "WD14" I suggest the
following:
First, do not enter a name for any document; use the filename along.
This means the files you would download are named exactly as in the
document archive.
(1) upload word doc, say "obix-v1.1-wd14.doc" without adding a
title.
(2) Once you upload, you're viewing the document, select "Upload a
Revision", and upload PDF with changes shown, say
"obix-v1.1-wd14-changes.pdf"
(3) Again, once you upload, you're viewing the document, select
"Upload a Revision", and upload PDF withOUT changes shown, say
"obix-v1.1-wd14.pdf"
This way the wd14 documents are a single entry in the TC document
archive, and all necessary versions (editable, PDF) are there. One
does not usually do HTML with each WD, but it can be produced from
the Word doc.
Thanks!
bill
