Web Sockets

Is there any barrier to getting Binding for Web Sockets out for public review this week? I would like to send it out while we work on other issues if at all possible.

 

I know that I submitted comments, I don’t recall anyone else doing so.  All Cross-references should probably be updated to the PR01 version of the other specs.
