Tons of JIRA Comments and Attendance Tracking (UNCLASSIFIED)

I spent a lot of time today reviewing all of the current working drafts and submitted lots of JIRA comments.  In hindsight, I should have combined several of the editorial comments about the core document into one issue.  In any case, I
 probably abused JIRA a bit, so my apologies in advance.  

 

All of the working drafts are looking good and I only had minor (at best) editorial comments.

 

I also updated October, November, and December attendance.  I will also go back to make sure July – October is accurate later this week.
