"In conformance clause : 17.1.4 says: 
""An implementation MUST flatten Contract hierarchies when reporting them in an OBIX document, according to Section 7.6.1."" 
But this requirement is just repeating what the main body of the specification already says in 7.6.1. 
The conformance clause should not repeat normative statements, but instead refer to the original normative source in the body of the specification (e.g. subsection). This issue applies to other statements as well."
