"Table 4.1 lists ""Base properties of the OBIX Object type"" but in no apparent sort order. 

It is then followed by multiple subsections, only one of which below 4.1, treats any of the listed properties. 

It would read easier if the listing of base properties of an object were followed by the sections explaining those properties."
