summary of meeting plans August 2014

Summarizing our discussions, we will not meet in August (including
    today).

    

    Craig is working on an updated working draft as we move toward a
    public review so with a few days notice we may have a meeting.

    

    No scheduled meetings 21 and 28 August.

    

    Next planned meeting is 04 September.
