Most recent versions of 1.1 spec, encodings, bindings

Looking through the archives I think this is the current status of
    the obix family specs:

    

    Spec:

    obix-v1.1-wd30.pdf (should that be "obix-spec-v1.1-wd30"? Toby?) dated
      2014-07-14 but really 2014-09-17

    Needs public review when stable.

    

    Encodings:

    obix-encodings-v1.0-csd02.pdf (includes XML, binary, JSON, EXI)
    dated 2013-12-19 updated in wd13

    obix-encodings-v1.0-wd13.pdf dated 2014-05-26 NEEDS PUBLIC REVIEW

    

    Bindings:

    REST    obix-rest-v1.0-csd02.pdf dated 2013-12-19

    SOAP     obix-soap-v1.0-csd02.pdf dated 2013-12-19 - updated in wd10

    SOAP    obix-soap-v1.0-wd10_no_changes 2014-03-05 (also has WSDL in
    archive) NEEDS PUBLIC REVIEW

    WebSocket    obix-websocket-v1.0-csd01.pdf dated 2013-12-19 -
    updated in wd11

    WebSocket    obix-websocket-v1.0-wd11.pdf dated 2014-05-26 NEEDS
    PUBLIC REVIEW

    

    

    We should advance these as a package, or at least simultaneously as
    we did for CSPRD02 last December, as all are needed to understand
    1.1.

    

    The filename for the main spec usually includes "spec" but I see it
    hasn't.

    

    SOAP bindings needs to be done as a package in the archive - not
    sure where the editable form is.
