Reminder: The next workflow steps are usually Open -> Resolved
      -> Applied -> Closed. We used Closed issues to show we've
      addressed public review, comment list, and TC member comments, and
      have to produce a spreadsheet from Jira to do so before our next
      public review.

    

    My next email to the list will be the UML diagram-related issues,
    which also affect clarity of the spec.

      I just looked and there are 22 issues in Jira that are New or
      Open. I did a thorough read of WD39 and had a number of minor
      clarity issues, and several major issues - many of them mine
      related to the UML diagram.

      

      WD39 wasn't administratively "delivered" in Jira so I put some
      against WD38 (the input to PR03); I'm correcting these now so
      you'll see messages where I've edited items. I'm also changing to
      OPEN to save a second message.

      

      For some reason new issues are set to Unassigned so folks don't
      notice them; feel free to change the assignments (suggestions)
      that are part of the Open.

      

      A number of the New issues are from PR03; I've also opened those.

      

      I intend to send questions related to the UML diagram to the list
      so it can match the spec; I noticed several issues (for example,
      Contract is described as anyURI but elsewhere as a space-separated
      list of URIs).  The list of issues is in https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OBIX-238
      if you want to look before my email  :-)
