Re-establish your voting rights
Brief meeting to this Thursday to discuss WD43 with associated XSD artifact. UML is not yet updated to reflect recent changes so there will be a WD44. In the absence of an unexpected dispute, this meeting should be short, very short. This makes it the perfect opportunity to show back up and re-stablish your voting rights if you have stayed away from the recent discussions. There will be a WD44, to incorporate the UML (at least). As it now stands, will vote it out for public review in a week. All other specification (Common Encodings, REST, SOAP, and WebSocket bindings) received no comments on the last public review. This means they are ready to vote as Committee Specifications. If it is the sense of the TC at this meeting, we can prepare ballots for above for the meeting in a week (another reason to get your voting back!) If we vote that soon, it will include directions to the TC Admins to reference the completed core Specification when it, too becomes a Committee Specification, i.e., OBIX 1.1 CS01. But show up!
