        Hi all-

This is the stdlib.obix file that is referenced in the spec, and in recent discussions.  I took this from the latest one I had which was WD33.  Then I updated it with the latest changes to the referenced contracts.

Discussion point: are the Section 4 primitive contracts necessary? E.g.,

and so on...
